A strategic moment to shape internal culture through vision, inclusion, and participation.
Louder designed and delivered the second edition of Gap Free Day for Lavazza — a full day dedicated to diversity, equity & inclusion, conceived to spark meaningful dialogue between data, corporate culture, and strategic vision.
The initiative directly engaged employees across La Centrale and La Nuvola headquarters, through a program of talks, workshops, and interactive experiences.
The Grand Opening, moderated by economist Azzurra Rinaldi, featured actor Valerio Mastandrea and a high-profile CEO panel from Lavazza, Henkel, Google, and Danone — an open discussion on the challenges and real progress around DE&I in today’s business landscape.
In the afternoon, employees took part in thematic workshops on gender equity, co-parenting, LGBTQIA+ allyship, and disability inclusion, led by respected voices including Lorenzo Gasparrini, Hotpot, and Cathy La Torre.
From creative concept to full event production, Louder managed every phase of the project, turning the day into a high-impact internal culture format, designed to strengthen Lavazza’s values-driven positioning and activate authentic employee engagement.
Empowering people.
Building culture.
Driving equity.
