To support its sales force during a time of transformation and growth, Nestlé Italia entrusted Louder with the design and production of its digital Sales Conventions — a strategic appointment, reimagined as an immersive and interactive virtual experience.
Each edition took place via a fully branded, proprietary streaming platform, engaging over 400 employees from across Italy. The event combined institutional content, team recognition, gamified moments, and powerful visual storytelling to boost motivation and align teams around shared goals.
Every edition was built around a strong creative concept, such as Nestlével. Evolving to keep growing, which framed the communication of results and future strategies, highlighting adaptability as a key to long-term success.
Louder managed every aspect of the experience: from the design and production of the virtual stage with maxi LED walls, to art direction, technical execution, and visual storytelling, including immersive content in computer graphics.
The conventions were hosted by well-known, engaging presenters like Victoria Cabello, followed in later editions by Daniela Collu.
Live segments were enhanced by quiz shows, real-time polls, and direct employee interactions — turning the digital convention into a dynamic, participatory format that delivered authentic engagement, even at a distance.
